Joanne Slaughter
Owner/Underwater Photographer
Jo has been an underwater photographer for over 15 years. She was introduced to the idea of photographing kids underwater when she met Stuart Ireland from Calypso Productions in Cairns. His 30 years experience in underwater photography and videography inspired her to learn the craft and start her own business. Soon she was photographing her daughters underwater and the positive reaction she received was so overwhelming that she realised there was a growing demand for professional underwater photography in swim schools. Puddle Pics was born.

I have been working with Puddle Pics since it started in 2011. I love the interaction with the parents and kids. I get to meet such a diverse group of people and travel all over Sydney. I have been swimming since early childhood. We had a beach house growing up and I remember having lessons and my dad teaching me.

Archi became part of the Puddle Pics team in 2017. He is in charge of supervising all office activities and you will often find him sleeping in the intray, on top of the printer and inside the camera case.
